Beetroot Pachadi Kerala Style
Pachadi, Another hot favorite side dish from the southern part of India. Made either with White pumpkin or PineApple or Beetroot with fresh Coconut gravy and spicy tadka. It is usually served as part of a Sadya (Feast of Kerala).

Beetroot 2 nos grated, Water 1/4 cup, Curd 2 cup, Grated coconut 1 1/2 cup, Green chillies 5 nos slit, Mustard seeds 1 1/2 teaspoon, curry leaves, Ginger small piece, Salt as per taste.
For tadka:- Coconut oil 2 tablespoon, mustard seeds 1 teaspoon, Dried red Chilli 2 nos slit, curry leaves, Coconut pieces 1/4 cup.
