Daal Vada

Try this simple tea time snack using Tur Daal (Lentils)

Preparation Time : 20 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Soaking Time : 20 mins

Ingredients : 250 gms Tur Daal, 1 tablespoon Chopped Ginger, 2 medium sized Onion, 4 green chillies, Curry Leaves, Coriander leaves, 1 1/2 teaspoon Fennel seeds, 1/2 teaspoon Carom seeds / Ajwain, 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon Red chilly powder, 1/2 teaspoon Hing powder, Salt to taste, Oil to Fry.
