Gajar Ka Halwa

Gajar ka halwa, also known as Carrot halwa. Delicious taste. Indian origin. It is made by using grated carrots with milk and sugar and then cooking while stirring continuously.

Ingredients : Carrot 1 Kg, Milk 1/2 Litre, Sugar 225 gms, Ghee 3 tablespoon, Nestle Milkmaid (Condensed milk) 2 tablespoon, Cardamom Powder (Elaichi) 1 teaspoon.

For Garnishing : Cashew nuts, Raisins, Almonds.
