Ingredients : 1 cup Lapsi (Broken Wheat), 1 Large Onion, 1 Large Tomato, 1 tablespoon Chana Dal (Bengal gram), 1 tablespoon chopped Ginger, 4 Green Chilli, 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 teaspoon Hing Powder (Asafoetida), 1/4 Turmeric Powder, Coriander leaves, Curry Leaves, OIL as required, SALT as per taste, 1 cup Water, 1 teaspoon GHEE (Optional).
