Dosa, One of the favorite Southern Indian dish. Popular among every Indian. Multigrain Dosa contains the goodness of Rice, Moong Dal, Urad Dal, Ragi, Toor Dal. Goes well with a spicy chutney.

For Dosa Batter : - 1 cup Rice , 1/4 cup moong, 1/4 cup Black Lentils (Urad Dal), 1/4 cup Yellow lentils (Tur dal), 1/4 cup Ragi (Nachani), 1 teaspoon Methi seeds, Salt to taste.
For Chutney : - 1 cup Coconut pieces, 1 small Onion, Curry leaves, 2 Green chilli, 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder, 2 Garlic cloves, Salt to taste.
For tadka : - Oil, 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds (Rai), 1 teaspoon Black Lentils (Urad dal), curry leaves, 2 dried Red chilli.
