Multigrain Dosa

Dosa, One of the favorite Southern Indian dish. Popular among every Indian. Multigrain Dosa contains the goodness of Rice, Moong Dal, Urad Dal, Ragi, Toor Dal. Goes well with a spicy chutney.

Cooking Time : 15 mins
Fermenting Time : 6 hrs
Serves : 4

Ingredients : For Dosa Batter : - 1 cup Rice , 1/4 cup moong, 1/4 cup Black Lentils (Urad Dal), 1/4 cup Yellow lentils (Tur dal), 1/4 cup Ragi (Nachani), 1 teaspoon Methi seeds, Salt to taste.

For Chutney : - 1 cup Coconut pieces, 1 small Onion, Curry leaves, 2 Green chilli, 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder, 2 Garlic cloves, Salt to taste.

For tadka : - Oil, 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds (Rai), 1 teaspoon Black Lentils (Urad dal), curry leaves, 2 dried Red chilli.
