Pazham Pori is a kerala delicacy. Its made using a ripe kerala banana (nyandra pazham). Dip in a flour batter and deep fried in oil.

2 ripe Kerala Banana (Nyandra pazham), 1 1/2 cups (200 gms) All purpose flour (maida), 1 1/2 tablespoon rice flour, 2 tablespoon sugar, One pinch turmeric powder, One pinch salt, Oil required to deep fry.
