Pineapple Pulissery Kerala Style
Pineapple Pulissery, is an authentic Kerala recipe made with curd and blended with grated coconut and lightly spiced. Usually served as a side dish in Sadya(Kerala Feast).

Pineapple 1 nos chopped, Green chillies 5-6 nos slit, Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon, Water 1/2 cup, Salt 1 teaspoon.
For Masala paste:- Coconut 1 1/2 cup grated, Cumin Seeds 1 teaspoon, Green chillies 4-5 nos slit, Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon, Curd 2 cup, Salt as per taste.
For Tadka:- Coconut oil 2 tablespoon, Mustard Seeds 1 teaspoon, Fenugreek seeds (Methi) 1/4 teaspoon, Onion 1 nos chopped, Dried Red Chilli 2 nos slit, Curry leaves, Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon.
