Ingredients : 100 gms Soya Chunks (Soaked in hot water for 5 mins and then rinse it in cold water for 3-4 times.), Two tablespoon Refined Oil, One teaspoon chopped ginger, One teaspoon chopped garlic, Two chopped Onions, 3-4 chopped Spring Onions, Two chopped Tomato, One tablespoon red chilli powder, One teaspoon Turmeric powder, Two teaspoon Garam Masala, One tablespoon chopped French Beans, One tablespoon chopped Carrot, One tablespoon chopped Green Bell Peppers (Simla Mirch), One tablespoon Dates & Tamarind Chutney, One tablespoon Dark Soya sauce, One and Half teaspoon Salt, Water as required, One tablespoon Corn Flour, One tablespoon chopped Coriander leaves, One tablespoon chopped Spring Onions, One teaspoon Sugar.
