Tamarind Rice

Tamarind Rice is a common rice preparation in the South Indian states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu. Nice aromatic and Spicy recipe. Try it out !!!

Ingredients : For MASALA:- Coriander seeds 3 tablespoon, Black pepper 1 tablespoon, Chana Dal 1 tablespoon, Fenugreek 1/4 teaspoon, Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon, Curry leaves, Dried Red Chillies 6-7 nos, 1 teaspoon Sesame OIL.

For Rice preparation: Cooked KOLAM Rice 1 cup (200 gms), Sesame OIL 4 tablespoon, Mustard Seeds 1/4 teaspoon, Ground nuts 1/4 cup, Chana Dal 1 tablespoon, Urad Dal 1 teaspoon, Fenugreek 1/4 teaspoon, Dried Red Chillies 4-5 nos, Curry leaves, Sesame Seeds, Turmeric Powder 1 teaspoon, Hing Powder as per taste, Salt as per taste, Tamarind Extract (Lemon size).
