1 medium sized Tapioca (Kappa), 3 table spoon Besan (chickpea flour, gram flour), 1 table spoon Corn flour, 2 teaspoon red Chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric, 1 teaspoon Salt or as per taste, 1/2 teaspoon Hing powder, 1 teaspoon Carrom seeds (Ova, Ujwain), Refined Oil for deep fry.
