Tendli Chana Sabzi
Try out this fine aroma sabzi using Tendli (Ivy Gourd) and Chana.

500 gms Tendli/Ivy Gourd/Kovaka, 100 gms Bengal Gram/Chana.
For Masala:- 1/2 cup grated coconut, 4-5 cloves of garlic, 2 Green Chilly, 1/4 teaspoon Ajwain/Carom seeds/Ova, 1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds.
For Tadka:- 2 tablespoon Oil, 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds, 1 large chopped onion, Curry Leaves, 1/4 Hing powder, 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 2 Green Chilly.
