Theeyal Kerala Style
Vendakka Theeyal, A recipe with Lady's Finger (Okra) , blended with roasted Coconut gravy and Tamarind extract. A tangy flavour curry. Goes very well with Steamed rice.

For Masala : - Coconut Oil / Refined Oil 2 tablespoon, Grated Coconut 1 cup, Coriander seeds 1 1/2 tablespoon, Cumin Seeds 1 tablespoon, Dried Red Chilli 6-7 nos.
For Curry:- Coconut Oil / Refined Oil 2 tablespoon, Mustard Seeds, Shallots/ Small Onion 100 gms, Lady's finger 300 gms, Curry leaves, Green Chillies 3-4 nos, Hing 1/2 teaspoon, Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon, Red Chilli powder 1 teaspoon, Tamarind Extract 1 lemon size, Salt as per taste, Water as required, Coriander leaves for Garnishing.
