A delicious rice recipe made with tangy Tomatoes and spice mix from South India.

Basmati Rice 200 gms, Tomato 4 chopped, Onion Large 2 chopped, Green Chilli 3 slit, Refined Oil 2 tablespoon, Curry leaves, Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon, Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon, Red Chilli 1 tablespoon, Garam Masala 1 teaspoon, Coriander leaves, Salt as per taste.
For Garnishing : Small Soya chunks 1/4 cup, Chickpea Flour 2 tablespoon, Corn Flour 1 tablespoon, Ginger Garlic paste 1 teaspoon, Red Chilli Powder 2 teaspoon, Turmeric Powder 1/2 teaspoon, Garam Masala 1 teaspoon, Soya Sauce 1 teaspoon, Salt as per taste, OIL for frying.
