Half Cooked Basmati Rice 2 cup (400 gms), Cooked with 2 Bay leaves, 2 Cloves, 1 pc Cinnamon, 3 Cardamom (Elaichi), 1 Star Anise, 1 Mace (Javitri), and 1/2 teaspoon Salt.
Ghee as required, Whole Garam Masala, Fennel seeds 1 teaspoon, Onion 2 large chopped, Green Chillies 4 slit, Ginger Garlic paste 1 1/2 tablespoon, Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon, Red Chilli powder 1 tablespoon, Garam Masala 1 teaspoon, Tomato 3 chopped, Cauliflower 1 medium size, Carrot 2 nos chopped, Potato 2 nos chopped, Green Peas 1/2 cup, Corn 1/2 cup, Salt as per taste, 1/2 cup Water, Fried Onion 3 large sliced, Thich Coconut Milk 1 cup, with 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder, Coriander leaves, Pudina leaves, Wheat Dough for DUM.
