Ghee 1 tablespoon (Optional), Whole Garam Masala (optional), Half cooked Basmati rice 1 cup (200 gms), Carrot chopped Half cup, Green Peas 1/4 cup, Capsicum 1/2 cup, Cabbage 1/4 cup, Corn 1/4 cup, cauliflower 1/2 cup, Spring Onion 4 Bulbs, Onion 1 large, White Pepper Powder 1 1/2 teaspoon, Ginger 1 tablespoon chopped, Garlic 6-7 cloves, Green Chilli Sauce 2 tablespoon, Tomato Sauce 1 tablespoon, Soya Sauce 2 tablespoon, Salt as per taste, Refined Oil 2 tablespoon, Spring Onion for garnishing.
