For Bread : Maida 2 cups 400 gms, Sugar 1 teaspoon, Active Dry Yeast 1 teaspoon, Lukewarm Milk 1 cup.
For Stuffing: Grated Carrots 2 medium size, Potato 1 chopped, Capsicum 1 chopped, Green Peas 1/2 cup, Onion 3 large choppped, Tomato 1 chopped, Ginger 1 tablespoon chopped, Garlic 1 tablespoon chopped, Green Chillies 3 finely Chopped, Hing powder 1/2 teaspoon, Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon, Red Chilli powder 1 1/2 teaspoon, Garam Masala powder 1 teaspoon, Refined OIL, Salt as per taste.
