Pav Bhaji Recipe | Quick & Easy Pav bhaji | Mumbaikar's Favourite Pav Bhaji
Mumbaikar's Favourite PAV BHAJI is a mix of spiced veggies like Carrot, Capsicum, Potato, Tomato. These veggies are cooked and mashed into a semi puree consistency. Topped with lots of butter and is eaten with Pav (Bread). Squeeze of lemon and chopped onion is added for more flavour.

Carrot 4 nos,Potato 2 nos,Green peas 100 gms,Cauliflower 1 cup,Capsicum 1 nos,Tomato 6 nos,Ginger garlic 1 tablespoon,Onion 3 Large nos,Butter as required,Salt to taste,
Oil 2 tablespoon,Red Chilli powder 1 tablespoon,Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon,Garam Masala 1/2 tablespoon,Pav Bhaji Masala 1 tablespoon,Lemons 2 nos,Pav (bread) as required.
